Cancellation Policy for Kidshoezoe
At Kidshoeszoe, we aim to ensure a hassle-free shopping experience. Please review our cancellation policy below to understand the terms for canceling your order.

Eligibility for Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at support@kidshoeszoe.com as soon as possible.

Cancellation Process
To cancel an order, send an email to support@kidshoeszoe.com with the following details:

  • Order number

  • Reason for cancellation

If the order has not been shipped, we will process your cancellation and issue a full refund within 10 business days to the original payment method.
If the order has already been shipped, you may initiate a return once the item is delivered. Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for more details.

Changes to Orders
Unfortunately, we are unable to modify an order once it has been placed. If you need to make changes, we recommend canceling the order (if eligible) and placing a new one.

Gift Orders
For gift orders, cancellations follow the same process as regular orders. Contact us promptly if you wish to cancel a gift order.

Discounts & Promotions
If you cancel an order placed with a discount or promotion code, the code will not be reusable. For any questions about discounts, please contact us.
