Return and Refund Policy

1. Return Period
Customers may request a return within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Provide your order number and a reason for the return.

  • Follow the instructions provided for returning your item.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to an error on our part (incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • If the return is due to personal preference (wrong size, change of mind, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

4. Refund Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund withinย 10 business days. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.

5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Clearance or final sale items.

  • Personalized or custom-made items.

  • Hygiene-related products (e.g., socks, insoles) unless defective.

6. Failed Delivery Returns

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping costs.

  • If the failure is due to our error, we will refund the shipping fee or resend the order at no additional cost.

7. Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.
